This version of the Penguin makes me face palm when I think about Nolan's refusal to put Penguin in a movie because he couldn't make him realistic. I love Nolan's movies, but that statement certainly makes me lose some respect for the guy.

A.K.A, Black Mask and almost every other character from every other game, including Nathan Drake from Uncharted, Desmond from Assassins Creed and the Corrupt Turrets from Portal 2!... but yes, I agree. @riddlergirl1 yah i became aware of that after a bit of browsing, he's dead of his own mistakes. All i can think is that this game series is leading either to a close of the storyline of batman, and ending it, at least from a games perspective, or if its going to open up into a future storyline, an after bruce wayne sort of thing. Batmans rogues gallery may die out, but, Gotham will always be Gotham, so there must always be a Batman to protect and serve her darkest sides.

@riddlergirl1 This is probably the last of the Arkham series in that case. If this game revolves around turning Arkham City back into Gothom, and Joker's the head honcho, killing him at the end of the game will most likely put an end to the Arkham problem in general.

Unless they really want to extend, milk and beat the story to death, Rocksteady will probably put the Batman games aside after this one and move onto another series.. Or they'll at least move away from this plotline, anyway.

I am still amazed that Batman does not kill anyone with moves like that. You would think that it is logical for these things to kill you: (1) getting your head bashed in on the ground, (2) being kicked halfway across a room, (3) thrown into an electrocuted fence, (4) having bones broken (which can possibly cause pieces of bone to infiltrate veins and arteries), (5) being knocked across the head with a pipe, and (6) being choked unconscious through a Silent Takedown. "Dude, it's Batman." Right.

I must say I like the way the latest Bat-games have been handling the villains. I've always personally liked the Penguin despite his lack of popularity, and now Arkham City has made him just as scary as any Arkham inmate, something that I don't think has been done before.

Just finished Penguin storyline of game.

I must say that Penguin was one of my favorite villains in any Batman games so far.He had everything that a "rich, genius villain" need : He was brutal, violent and scary, had endless henchmen, connections to outer city, extremely cool gadgets, a lair of his own and even his own goddamn personal jaws.

He totally made Joker look like a wimp.

Thank you Rocksteady for bringing The Penguin to a whole new level.

@williamQUIQUEREE1 Fine points, but the Penguin still hasn't ever actually beaten Batman in the long-run, while Bane has. Supposedly, Dark Knight Rises will end the series and follow the comic to an extent on it. If it does, that means Batman gets his back snapped in half by Bane in an ambush at Bruce Wayne's home. That can't be replaced. Bane's a criminal genius on par with the Penguin and other villains when it comes to intellect, so it should turn out well.

@thedoctorwho07 A fine way to waste time, in my opinion. I've been following the comics for a pretty long time. Bane has not once been depicted properly in film or cartoon. He's a boss, not a henchman. Quite intelligent. He figured out himself, without any mind reading machines or anything like Hugo Strange, who Batman's secret identity was, and was the undisputed lord of the Gotham's crime world for quite a while until Azrael took up Batman's mantle while he was crippled.

Nolan knows what he's doing. This is coming from a guy who hates the "hyper-realistic" style of the Nolan Batman movies. I'm sure we'll all be blown away when the movie releases, I personally can't wait(even with the shitty trailer).
