@littlesong89 Oh, dear. Do you have a history of high blood pressure, or is it just due to stress? Try to eliminate some sources of salt in your diet, up your potassium (yay, bananas!), and drink lots of water. Stay away from fizzy drinks and juice/squash, as they have hidden amounts of sodium.
@LadyMoonMelody I'm not sure. I think it was because of alcohol the first time :S it went down but it needs to go down more. thanks for the advice. i've just bought a big bunch on bananas haha yay!
