After the big bang there was only hydrogen. One proton, one neutron, one electron.
The hydrogen condensed into giant stars. As these stars burned down, and eventually exploded, heavier elements were forged. When other stars formed from the elements of the first and second generations of supernova, one was ours.
Part of the disk of gas that formed our sun also formed all the planets. Just as it does everywhere else.
This is basic astrophysics and has a lot of evidence and testing behind it.
