  • I work at the target store over by where this happened. As I recall it took them awile to get it turned off. I think a car ran into it.

  • Yeah it did, the poor blue car in the video was just totally soaked and the truck and roof of the car was all dented.

  • usually you have to find the city cutoff, which should be under one of those pot covers in the street.
