Ms. B. Wood is correct it is not good business to be buying something that you do not know all the details about. Again, the Govenor is supposed to be about good business, what is she doing about this in obtaining information regarding BCBS under going an audit, interviewing CEO, top executives etc... Seanc can not do it buy themselves, the Govenor needs to do her job and let the state employees know what is going on for they elected her, so she works for them.
