@ToraJutsu01 It isn't legal. The fighter will have been disqualified, and possibly banned from participating for a while. But the first priority of the ref is to stop the offending fighter before he possibly does more damage.

The rule states you can't strike an opponent who's touching the floor with anything else than his feet.
