A classmate had this problem one time, and during class one time he coughed more then usual, and after he got done coughing I said "If you quit smoking you will not have this problem." After I said that the teacher got mad at me for saying that comment. Suprised she didn'tsend me to the office for that.

Smoking only takes 10 or so years of your life if you smoke a normal amount (3-5 a day) and less if you exercise regularly. Who the fuck needs to live past 70 anyways? BTW I stopped smoking so I can do longer skateboarding sessions.

It's also impossible to impress upon teenagers how addictive and how bad smoking is. It is almost impossible to quit! It's the hardest thing you'll do but it's so cool at that age. You get addicted FAST! However, somebody trying to get over smoking with appropriate replacement therapy is not allowed in school because it's considered a tobacco product.
