By the way this clip was filmed in Dublin, and KHS are only touring on her american dates. These are local irish musicians.

No it wasn't because she introduced them individually, and said "This is only the second time we've met" as she did so, they'd played the night before. She said she was enjoying "taking up with local musicians" - They were irish so we must presume that she was only playing with them on her irish dates.

The local musicians comment Joan made was with regard to the making of her new CD Day After Tomorrow. The musicians on this tour she did not meet just the day before. KHS have their own commitments as a band.
