Excellent Job on the Video. Lots of artists have extended remixes of their songs. I like to hear different versions as long as it doesn't change what the song is expressing or is poorly done. Again, great job on the video to a respectful fun version of the original song by Elvis.

i love this....re-mixing the songs is spreading his music to the youngest of generations....my 8 yr old niece loves the remix of Blue Suede Shoes...and I personally think Elvis would like the remixes not just for this reason, but because he was well-known for taking the older songs in his 70's concerts and making them relevant to that time period. He was the inventor and re-inventor of Rock N Roll!

Elvis is the greatest entertainer that ever lived and he will be remembered forever. I have been an Elvis fan since I was 6 years old in 1971, I am 45 years old now. This is absolutely terrible and there is no way that Elvis would have liked it one bit. This is not how the song is supposed to sound and it is a total disgrace to Elvis music and his memory. The best thing to do with this video is to delete it from Youtube forever. Please don't insult Elvis with this remix rubbish. ELVIS FOREVER.

@Davewise1965 Whoa, whoa...my dad brought home Hound Dog / Don't Be Cruel RCA 6604 w/pic sleeve when it came out and I played holy hell out of it for years. I saw Elvis in concert. I've owned a couple of Elvis Sun 45s. In my opinion he would have loved this very much. I'm pretty sure of it.

@EffLabels The concert was at the Cow Palace in South San Francisco. Big place, many thousands of people there. My seat was decent but fairly far from the stage. This was a year or less before he died in August of 1977. The band warmed up for several numbers and there may have been an act as well, before he appeared, to great applause. Everyone was pretty excited, I recall. I really don't remember any specifics, and I wasn't knowledgable regarding his concert set lists. Remember the scarf deal.

@EffLabels Haha, thanks. I ran out of characters--maxxed at 500 limit on my Elvis concert post. Not much more I can say. I was one of the younger attendees, IIRC. Lots of women more his age--his teen fans grown up, and blown up...like he may have been--actually he seemed pretty fit. I took some pictures on daylight-type slide film so they came out reddish...and distant--could have used a telephoto. Think he was wearing a white jump suit. Would have loved to see him in '55, even tho I was only 6!

My ears are a bit "mixed up" from what I guess to be the "re-mix." Fine treatment for "King Creole" excerpts. My eyes are a bit "mixed" up from so much traveling back and forth. Elvis does indeed look fine in any hue, seems fit in any shape. Elvis always sounds good, even as a girl ..... or was that somebody from the Las Vegas show? My knowledge of the technical stuff is limited and my humor may be a bit dry to some; but, ELVIS LIKES IT.
