  • Roxy I so feel you on this video. I have had very similar feelings and experiences with raw food. I am also a very sensitive and emotional individual. When I am raw I feel so light and happy and calm. When I am a cooked vegan I become negative, low energy, moody, depressed, heavy. I would love to meet with you and talk and eat raw foods. Maybe we could meet before you leave for Asheville? Kev and I are going to be in Mill Bay this weekend for a running race! We could come to Victoria and stay.

  • My first big step. Was stop eating pizza pig meat and beef. Recently I went full veg. And now im sterling with my concoiusnes. That wants to stop eating junk and any other animal product.S like butter and oil. Its fought but ill do. It. Crazy changes when u try to follow ur light. Much love. U can do it bud:)

  • This is EXACTLY what I'm going through right now, Sister. Thank you for making this video - I haven't really committed myself to eating totally RAW for the sake of feeling connected to my polarized lifestyle (i.e. reconnecting with family).

  • I feel the same way, I am very sensitive to my environments and starting to eat more raw and start juicing has brought out emotions and toxins. You have made it to a very good point and have worked very hard. You are an inspirations
