The rhythm in your left hand chords is all over the place and sometimes you miss the chord entirely. Mozart's pianofortes did not have a sustain pedal. The broken chords do not "fade out" like some sort of affected Chopin work. Try playing this entire piece with no pedal.

one advance: left pedal gives the piece a better sound (for example in the middle-part after Introduction)
