  • operation "us sends in troops to back its corporations yet again".....

  • @Diocletian09

Yeah, backing up all those big corporations in Mogadishu...

  • @CaptainAmerica322 According to documents obtained by The Times, nearly two-thirds of Somalia was allocated to the American oil giants Conoco, Amoco, Chevron and Phillips in the final years before Somalia's pro-U.S. President Mohamed Siad Barre was overthrown and the nation plunged into chaos in January, 1991. Read a book.

  • @CaptainAmerica322 Conoco Inc., the major multinational corporation to mantain a functioning office in Mogadishu throughout the two years of nationwide anarchy, directly involved in the U.S. government's role in the U.N.-sponsored humanitarian military effort. ConocoPhillips - the largest energy company in the US and FIFTH LARGEST OIL REFINER in the world. Go back to sleep.

  • How quickly they turn. I spent months in Somalia with the Corps and watched the transition from welcoming to hate. We should have just leveled the place.

  • Nice comment. ! I was with the 24th MEU. People were being bullied by gang brothers with weapons. We would disperse food and they would get robbed or killed by their fellow brothers a block a way. Pak army did shit for there brothers. Pussies I might add. I fired a AT4 at one of your brothers in a truck. After that I continued to disperse food to the weak people. The Pak army shit there pants, maybe you should have helped and supplied them with diapers you coward!
