Sadly, Jose Angel Biez is an appeal waiting to happen. He has a terrible record. He's a high school drop out, he father a child at 17 who he habitual fails to may child support for, and after he finally passed the bar exam it took him 8 years to become licensed to practice law because the bar felt he had absolutely no respect for the law. In short he's and absolute sleaze ball. However he has successfully gotten a child killer off before.

I'm with you on whatever is the best method for her to go. When this case first broke I was watching it on WFTV and never believed this womans lies when she first said her daughter was abducted by a babysitter and she never reported it for 31 days. She's a piece of trash for what she did and deserves whatever treatment comes down at her. To hell with her and her supporters.

Yeah you are right, she is a pathological liar, I can't believe she was not cooperative with the cops at first. I cannot have children due to health issues, but if I had a child and she was missing I would have told them everything I knew and do anything to get my baby back... And I would not have waited 31 days before reporting, Now did Cindy report or casey?

Wait a minute. Are members of the same "team" arguing with eachother? That Attorney Nejame (sp?) and Attorney Baez seem to be bickering back and forth, but aren't they both for the defense?
