  • So that guy in the crowd when they began to debate imigration must have said UKIP is racist?. Wtf?. Do people even know what the word racist means these days?. The BNP are racist fucks, other such fascist groups are racist fucks. UKIP is nowhere near racist. Where do people get this from?. Oooo, because they say we should control our own borders. Oooo, thats really racist, tut tut. Jesus grow up and buy a dictionary you idiots!

  • Flint - is out classed evertime I hear her.

  • i really hate that nigel farage is such a clear speaker and puts his points really well.

  • why did you cut off the part after 9.34, when Mr. Farage got booed

  • @JoeyAmbino I have no idea but you must be a real anorak.....

  • @JoeyAmbino cos its 'ukipwebmaster'

but I think you touched a nerve :P

  • @calmaccalman Yeah - the funny bone

  • welll ok 75% kul amerca controls our whole economy how bout that fuckin lieing conservatives these people are angry because the e.u. want to regulate criminals so they steal lesss

  • caroline flint typical elitist traitor

  • 1:43 So I suppose those two think it's actually GOOD that unelected, unaccountable and irremovable bureaucrats with communist backgrounds make 85% of our laws in a system with hardly any checks and balances! Second point - I can't decide whether Flint is a useful idiot loyal to our enemies or whether she's a bit thick and genuinely believes the EU can do no wrong. I suspect it's the latter.

  • I say to UKIP its in the national interest that they try to find a way to end the arguments between them and the Conservatives. UKIP and the Conservatives are the only realistic hope to stop powers being given to Europe. No I don't agree what David Cameron said about UKIP being facist but I dont agree with UKIP letting it lay either. They should be challenging him about that to prove its not correct and it would be in the national interest for both parties to support each other.

  • @silversynth Wake up and smell the coffee. Dave has shown the coalition he prefers and it's the Lib Dems not us. The only way ahead now is for our party to continue to grow and get some seats in Westminster.

  • @ukipwebmaster Well if that is the UKIP attitude towards it I say wake up and smell the espresso! UKIP is a protest party going by the election results so you need to unite with another centre right. Its not just about David Cameron its about the Euro sceptics and divided Euro sceptics are useless ones. The fact is UKIP should count itself lucky that labour is no longer in power because if labour had lost power in 2005 a referendum on the Lisbon treaty would have been much more likely.

  • @silversynth What nonsense. The Tories have never been 'Euro-sceptics' so there is no division to speak of. It's a fig leaf of convenience simply to win votes. If that particular penny hasn't dropped by now I can't help you and if you wish to waste you time propping up non-existent Tory Euro-scepticism that's your prerogative. We've got better things to do than pursue dead avenues.

  • @ukipwebmaster WHAT! omg this is starting to make me think UKIP is too far gone and out of touch. To say the Conservatives have never been Euro-sceptic is just insane. This is really shows UKIP is a protest party if your going to be in denial about how politics is. You saying the Conservatives have no Euro sceptics is like me saying UKIP has no voters. If your going to webmaster debates be more realistic about what party does what.

  • @silversynth Despite the moniker I am independent from UKIP and any comments I make are my own. Think of me as the Guido for the independence movement. I take no prisoners and I tell it how I see it.

You need to get very realistic about conservatives leading people up the garden path. They are c.i.n.o.s - conservatives in name only.

  • @silversynth It was Ted Heath's Conservatives that took us in in the first place. UKIPwebmaster's right about them being conservative in name only. If only more people saw the blindingly obvious.

  • My two favourite Politicians, by far

  • Why doesn't Hannan join U.K.I.P and make them the truly dominant force in British-EU politics.

  • Nigel Farage and Daniel Hannan are awesome. Britain's got to get the hell out of Europe before its too late. We have brilliant relations with countries outside of the EU and that would continue after we left.

  • The majority of these "British voters" have foreign accents! - proof it was needed of the way in which Labour has rushed in immigrant voters.

People use your vote wisely in the General Election before its too late....

  • At the moment the EU makes 75% of our laws which is unacceptable. Our country is slipping into a European empire. VOTE UKIP!

  • Yes.

First there is precedence throughout history where sovereign countries have unilaterally abrogated treaties.

Then we come to the question that no Parliament can bind its successor, neither can it be bound by its predecessor.

Finally the government can repeal the 1972 European Communities Act.

  • New Labour however don't do things without a reason and they have been systematically tinkering with our constitution. The replacing of the House of Lords with a Supreme court has a significance that we have yet to realise.

  • caroline flint is hot baby

  • I did consider UKIP for the euro elections, but when Dan's a candidate how can you vote for anyone else? If more politicians were like this, half the electorate wouldn't be staying at home to avoid the least-worst candidate

  • Unfortunately most of the Tories are unlike Dan and if you keep voting for them you will have no country left.

  • That's sadly true, and in more localised elections I tend to find myself voting for someone I disagree with on, at best, 60% of the major issues.

I joined a political party recently, and it was the Tories. I could have joined UKIP based on certain issues, or even the Libertarians, based on almost all issues. But the Libertarians are polling behind the Monster Raving Loonies, and UKIP are only a force in the european elections (because of PR) - better to infiltrate the probable.

  • @ukipwebmaster

Thats not 100% accurate, you know that and so do most people. The Conservatives of all the front runners are and have always been the most euro-sceptic its just you can't find a away to get over your game of chess with them. If UKIP was in the coalition government instead of the centre left lib dems it would be an unbeatable party.

  • @silversynth You must work for CCHQ

  • @ukipwebmaster I don't actually I am a student. I have taken up your responces here with the UKIP press and HQ office on the official site. There are a lot of aspect of UKIP that I like policy wise but since UKIP have a youtube webmaster who is misleading people about who is a Euro sceptic and who isn't because that's a pretty jaw dropping mistake regarding the Conservatives. Next you will be telling me there's none in the BNP.

  • @silversynth The conservatives are just new labour in blue they are NOT Euro-sceptic they are pro EU.

    Prove me wrong?

  • ahh these are all the voters that arent faulty the government had to import some foreign made voters british made voters are faulty you see.

  • Why did you cut out the part when Daniel speaks of Harriet Harman and the likes as swines ?! I believe you and we share the same view...

Keep up the good work UKIP

  • It's 10 minutes or less on YouTube unfortunately.

  • Voted for Farage SE 2009

  • We need a Referendum..

  • this video is shameless.

you cut out all the arguments for the EU and leave in all your anti EU points.

  • YouTube gives you ten minutes and this is a UKIP related channel. If you really want a channel that concentrates on your own view then please start your own.

  • Hah, at 1:20 I think someone tried to start clap and thought better of it!

  • if nigel and daniel was in the same political party ? they would win the next general election...... these 2 guys should get to gether

  • So true

  • I think most British people have not got a clue what the European union is or what they have been doing for many years, that is scary.

It's time to swat the Bureau rats and kick out old chin wagger

Gordon brown, who has told way to many porky pies.

    VOTE UKIP JUNE 4TH.

  • 40 million a day is £1 for every working person in the UK per day. I don't think it's worth it, lol.

  • Nigel is great, we have to do all we can to get out of this corrupt EU. How can we be in a Union none of us voted for? Use your vote on the 4th to tell the Government we want out!!!

  • caroline flint came across a idiot, all the others did well particularly ukip and green party.

  • It was completely biased...an ambush on UKIP but Nigel managed it very well. Big thumbs up Nige!!

  • This debate was not all that helpful for Ukip, as pointed out already! There's one thing I hate though and that's the Green party, especially their leader, I wonder if people actually read their policies!

  • The more I hear Nigel Farage speak and the more I learn about UKIP the more I feel that one day we have a chance of having a party in power that actually cares about the UK and it's people and while embracing our multi cultural Island also believes that open borders are detrimental to the unique and free and wonderfull Island we live on and that membership of the EU is an expense that costs us dear and gives us nothing. Lib Dem is all I have ever voted, I am changing my mind.

  • When I was a lot younger I was tempted by the Lib Dems but it's the sort of thing you grow out of.

(Like going from Breast feeding to Scotch.)

    ;-0

  • Think I must be a late starter at 56 but the last time I voted was in the election in the early 90's at which time I was campaigning for a really nice lib dem candidate trying really hard to get rid of the obnoxious Conservative Robert Key....we got his majority down by 6000 and were pleased to do that....Labour always lost their deposit in that area. Can't vote this time as I am in hiding from a grotty ex so couldn't go on the electoral register.Hope to have it sorted for the next general one.

  • I don't know what I hate more:

    socialists who filibuster

    or

    socialists who filibuster.

  • Filibusters who are socialist perhaps?

  • Exactly.

They do the same thing over here in America. The socialists use of filibuster is their attempt to censor us.

    Keep up the good work.

  • The people are asleep:(

  • Mhmm, good clips, but overall this debate went really badly, I'm pretty sure we were all labelled racist by the Labour representative for believing that the British Government should protect British, and not European citizens, and the audience agreed with that and boo'd the rational arguments.

  • The Left always labels anything that moves 'racist' when they have no argument to offer so no surprises there.

I think it went quite well despite Flint getting more time to speak than most.

  • Oh, no doubt it was handled perfectly in spite of all that, I'm not suprised by anything, just a little taken aback by that much booing from the audience. Also, the large man who asked about Farages wifes contributions and made later comments on his expenses despite it already being covered, was that a BNP member? The way he addressed the question, and something about him just screamed it to me, perhaps I'm getting paranoid.

  • With respect, allowing Caroline Flint to talk more is not a good move if the BBC want the Labour point of view to be heard -- she made no sense and argued like a teenager.

  • Lol.

  • I only caught the end of this the other night. Wish i could of watched it from the start but i never knew it was on. I think Nigel could have answered the question on immigration better but i hope this gets Nigel and Dan more votes

  • NicosMind makes a point that needs addressing. I think it would be good if Nigel and Dan could "get more votes" but with this form of PR Dan can only get votes if people vote for his party which has a pro-EU position.

  • It is amazing how they will try to make out Farage to be a hypocrite when he is dispersing these funds in a useful way as opposed to leaving them to the EU to waste... and what a stupid woman, how she even tries to defend the EU by interrupting Hannan.

  • I think people took the impression from the answer that he was using it to promote UKIP in the UK rather than using it to serve the interests of the South East's constituents (which may or may not be the same thing).

  • So labour said they would 13000 eastern europeans coming to britain every year.1.8 MILLION in the first 3 years.Wipe that smug smile of that labour faced bitch.VOTE UKIP.There wont be any jobs left for British people,IT IS CHEAP LABOUR.And Mandelson and Brown slag British people off for trying to get jobs. When they are being replaced by cheap labour.VOTE UKIP.

  • We need to kinko them a birth certificate and get them OVER HERE!!!!!!!!!

  • No no, America just needs to rejoin the commonwealth :)

  • Well done Nigel and Dan!

  • Was there booing at the end of Farage's final point? I wonder what twits would boo at what he said.

  • MPs, MPs, hang em hang em hang em!

As they say, "Don't Steal, the Government doesn't like competition!"

  • we are "governed" by criminals & terrorists!! handing over of political control to a european politburo= TREASON. War on "terror" lol..the definition of terrorism.... to bring about political change by the use of force and violence!!! all in our name.

Keep up the good work UKIP and daniel.

  • Someone remind me again whty Daniel Hannan is not a member of UKIP?!??!!?! He and Nigel almost sang the same tune in harmony there, and hard to say who was more eloquent. Those two together could make the Libertarian arguement and give a good contrast to the communists and commy-lite choice the people are stuck with now! The party of David Cameron is not the contrast people of conservative stripes are hoping for. You need a more conservative choice, like our Ron Paul.

  • Agreed, and Farage would do well to learn and advocate austrian econ like Ron Paul as it provides the rational framework of the substance of the arguments he makes. I would guess Hannan could also learn it.

  • I've never actually heard Daniel Hannan say he wants out of the EU?

  • The Conservative party line would not allow him to.

  • Both of you guys are national heroes!

  • @adammcg2 and your thick you shouldnt vote

  • Farage & Hannan are my 2 favorite Brits!!!

    Thanx for posting this.
