Alex, you very well know that you don't have proof of a god. Also, yes, there have been frauds concerning evolution. But, frauds and inaccuracies, eventually, are solved under the scrutinous eyes of the scientific community. These things are discarded, yet peoples have not learned to do this with religion and god.

@Kincajou They don't discard these things. "Lucy" is billed as walking upright, when no feet or hands at all were found and only a couple of parts of the legs. They also "restructured" the pelvis. (Not that this is necessarily means fraud) Regardlessly, none of that is mentioned in college biology classes to this day. My last college textbook "Essentials of Biology" by Sylvia Mader omits all of this and presents the bipedal, full, imagined, lifelike model.

But with the universe the size and age it is, just by pure luck life will of evolved because of how massive the universe is. It's statistically impossible for evolution not to happen. Any evolution simulation ever done, just a computer program showing how things will change if random mutations can happen (which we know they do) has always showed evolution occurring.

evolution is just PART of the process of Creation. This is what people don't understand. IF things have EVOLVED, than what was the first thing from where they evolved? It MUST have been something CREATED.
Where did matter come from?, How did the first living cell begin?, Do you really believe that hydrogen will turn into people if you wait long enough?, Which came first, DNA or the proteins needed by DNA--which can only be produced by DNA?
These are questions that evolution can't answer.

There are a lot of organisms and cells that couldn't have evolved over time, because their bio mechanics need astounding precision in order to be able to survive.
