The original 13 colonies would not have entered into the union unless they were given assurances that the federal government would not take complete control over them....thus states were allowed to retain a certain amount of soverign rights and decide their own fate

Instead of trying to go against the police... why not try to help them or better yet... Join them if you have the balls... To answer the second question, let me be clear, I am all for filming officers when it involves you, but not just for the sake of harassing them on the job. They film us for the same reason. Safety and proof of events. I'm a huge believer in personal rights. If you are worried, plead the 5th whenever you are questioned and call an attourney.
