@imdabomliketictock Yes, I have a PSD in cosmetology and am diplomaed in three different systems of Nail enhancements: Acrylic Dips (aka gel-resine), UV Gel, and traditional Acrylic.
For nail art, most of it I learned on my own by either trying out original ideas OR attempting to replicate art I'd seen elsewhere. There are no nail-art courses located where I reside.
@lOvelyNailzStOry it's rude and shows a lack of 'class' to advertise your videos underneath those of others.
ESPECIALLY when you copy other people's videos.
I appreciate you have an interest in art, but you really ought to try to be truly 'original' such as you claim, and come up with your own, instead of making abysmal attempts at copying others.
Take care, you might step on the wrong toes one day and find yourself answering to a legal suit.
I liked the pale pink arched flowers near the beginning of the video. Simple, pretty and very effective. (I have finally managed to give up biting/peeling my nails at nearly 51) Nail art is going to be an exciting hobby I hope for me now:-)
Mereena dear, thanks for responding. I'm sure that the Marbled French manicure IS much, much more beautiful IRL. Again, you're very talented! Very beautiful designs and you've given me some ideas to try! Thanks and continuted success!
The one you mentioned is my "Marbled French", for which I was published in Nails magazine. It's extremely popular and the results of the marble depend upon the colour choice of the clients. Some are nicer than others. That one in particular most closely resembles marble stone, but didn't photograph well. Much nicer in "real life".
If you want to 'marble' with nailpolish, just do exactly as in the video. If you want to marble nails with uv gel or coloured acrylic etc etc it's a whole other kettle of fish, and much to complex to explain here.
If you're asking me how to apply nail enhancements, I can't explain that here and won't try. Sorry.
It's not as simple a question to answer as that. The answer depends on natural, or enhanced, and if enhanced, which type of system, whether tipping or sculpting, etc....
did u got to school for this?
