That's actually not true. I do agree Nichol isn't a very good quarterback. But he performed fine in THIS game. He did pretty well. I'm glad he switched to WR. The reason this game was much closer was because Michigan State started playing "prevent" too early and allowed Michigan to get back into the game. MSU could have easily won this game by 20+ had they not taken their foot off of the gas. Cousins is just too good a of a quarterback. I think it's hyseterical UM fans think Forcier is better.

This is not a rivalry, it can't be a rivalry when one team has more than double the wins of the other team in the series, the only reason MSU argues that it is a rivalry is because the schools are close to each other, if this were a reason for a rivalry EMU would be Michigan's biggest rival.

Learn about the rivalry and THEN make comments on it. The games been played every year since 1947. That's a rivalry In my book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
