anyone shed any light on the tunnels leading from St Andrews Park?

i've heard one ran to the nurses home over the road, another to Preston Hall & one right down back towards the river where the law courts are - for leading to the old police station? also, was it Queens Road that collapsed into a tunnel following a burst water main over 10yrs ago?

ive been down into what is now the pump room & seen old archway that points towards the Church, now bricked up but about 12ft high/wide arch.
