  • @Kopdogg I didn't notice that part! Lol!

  • That bird looks like he has a conscious!! He is relating to the world through music and he realizes to have fun is to understand. He feels emotion.

  • @Kopdogg Frostie was wanting to interact closely with Avis but Avis was worried about Frostie getting so close.

  • what kind of cockatoo is frostie?

  • @lenisk8 Frostie is a 22-year-old bare eyed cockatoo, otherwise known as a little corella, a parrot native to australia.

  • 0:58 no not like that bird brain...

  • @priceaka13 Ha ha!

  • Excuse me, but why haven't you taking Frostie to audition for America's Got Talent? Lol. I loveeee him such a cutie and so talented!

  • @plopocob Because Frostie and I don't like to be around be crowds of people!

  • @OnePickieChickie Actually a producer for the show sent me an invitation to audition and I declined.

  • Your bird is cool I wish mine could do that. But use a different song

  • @Gatorblue7 This wasn't the song Frostie and Avis were reacting to. It was R.E.S.P.E.C.T. by Aretha Franklin. YouTube muted the video so I had to find a song to add to it.

  • Very cute! Looks like Frosty has his work cut out for him!

  • @4zebird Avis does dance. Check out his playlist on my channel. He's quite hilarious!

  • CUUUTE!!!! makes me want pet birds but my dad would have a cow if he came home 2 that XD

  • @wolflovin139 Lol! Parrots can be very, very noisy and annoying!!!

  • Haha, Frostie remembered me when I was learning to dance, I had a bird, he was called Polly, one day I was with my mother and she was teacing me to dance balley 'cause it was my graduation, on that time I teached Polly to say: ''Yes, I learned!'' So one day my mother asked me: ''Did you learned balley?'' Then Polly answered: ''Yes, I learned!''

  • @Linda123456789JAJAJA Lol! Thank you for sharing!

  • Your bird Frostie is such a talented bird! BRAVO!!!

  • @zosienka1999 Thank you very much!

  • 18 people can't dance

  • @TheLukey009 Maybe people learned by watching cockatoos dance!

  • The most "exotic" things my parakeets do are.... eating and sitting.

Sometimes I have a little chat with 'em, which he (!) seems to enjoy.

I caught the female sun-bathing once, but before I ran inside to get my camera

    - yes, that's how excited I was- she stood up.

    I enjoyed your videos ^^

  • @nolifer6billion Parakeets are delightful in their own way and are darling pets. They are by far better bird pets when it comes to the noise they make!

  • Avis is doesn't want to show himself up in front of Frostie.

  • @mikemhz Avis is a really good dancer and funny too. Check out his playlist on my channel! He likes to lift his foot up when he dances too, something that cracks me up and that Frostie doesn't do.

  • I want a pet parrot now..

  • @Soldier52541 You may think so until you find out how damn noisy they can be! I'm serious. Nobody can come over and talk to me because they screech the entire time! It's really annoying.

  • @OnePickieChickie xD I know, my cousin's have a parrot, and all it can say is shut up xD So when ever my cousins and I talk, it always tell us to shut up, but I got use to that xD Thanks for telling though :D

  • @OnePickieChickie LOL he prob didn't even know what you said he was just likee it stinks ;(( go take a bath!! Haha thank you for sharing this with us.. Frostie and Avis are both so adorable ;•))

  • 0:17 lol he s like this way haha

  • @TheJokerkiller99 Lol! Well, Avis was leaning over ready to lunge at Frostie if he got too close.

  • avis doesn't feel it. :D

  • @Radzioboss20 Avis was more concerned with Frostie being too close to him. He really does dance good. Check out Avis's playlist on my channel. He's hilarious.

  • I have a little corella (Precious) and I was looking up videos of other Corellas for her. This is one of her favourites!! She doesn't have as smooth moves as Frostie, but Precious would not shut up and has been jumping around my desk since the pretty, dancing bird has disappeared! Thanks :)

  • @Tirsky000 You should play the video "God Is Great" with Frostie dancing and see what she does. That song makes Frostie and Avis both go nuts.

  • Aww, now I miss my blue crowned conure =) I have several birds at home that my parents take care of since I'm in the service. It's always nice to see videos like this one, especially since my blue crowned treats me as if I was his "mother"

  • @brownpenguin1 Avis is such a character and I love him dearly so I can understand why you miss yours. There is an Avis playlist on my channel which you should thorougly enjoy. He is a rascal and very smart! One day I walked up to his cage and said, "Should I take a shower?" Avis replied in his cute, clear, high pitched voice, "Take a bath!" LMAO!

  • Was he showing off to Avis? It certianlly looks like it. Or he was just doing it for the camera. Either way he is an INCREDIBLY clever and talented bird.

  • @horselovers12 Frostie was definatley showing off to Avis if not flirting with him. I've never seen Frostie act like that and have seen a lot of that same behavior in parakeets aka budgies.

  • y r dancing birds sooooo funny?!?!?!?!??!

  • @thetwilightfan589 Because nobody expects them to dance I think?

  • 17 People are humorless douches. This is so awesome I love your birdie. Favorited, subscribed and liked!

  • @NadesNBlades Thank you! Birdie kisses to you my friend.

  • i have a pet cockatoo that does some pretty funny stuff like this one time i was changing her food and water and she flew off her cage and flew straight into the door!

  • @15bloodwolf When they don't get to fly constantly, they can be pretty clumsy.

  • Frostie is so awesome!!!

  • @violetrainbow2ne1 Thank you!

  • hehehe that bare eyed is cuter than hell =D

  • @EverHurt Thank you!

  • Frostie is so cute, I think that I would like a bird like him someday. :)

  • @MerBear1991 Bare Eyed Cockatoos are a lot of fun. They are big clowns!

  • What kind of a bird is Frostie? He is so cute. I think I would like one of my own.

  • @MerBear1991 He is a Bare Eyed Cockatoo aka Little Corella, a parrot native to Australia.

  • I love how Frostie keeps dancing and than looking at Avis, like "your turn." Finally after a few minutes of this, Avis catches on. he looks at the camera and than tentatively bouncing his head, like "oh I get it" :)

  • @vtbrigeywidgey I've never seen Frostie stretch out his neck like he did in this video. He certainly was being silly to Avis.

  • Ohhh my goodness I love blue crowned conures! Such gorgeous creatures.

I'm so glad that you love your birds so much. You can tell that they're really well cared for and loved. (:

  • @corinne12cea Avis is a character! There is an Avis playlist on my channel. Thanks for commenting. :-)

  • Awww. also i might add that, avis must not like frostie [because of his rocking dance moves...] see at 0:18 - 0:26 and 1:52 - 1:57 avis is threatining frostie with the open beak thingy, im sure it's nothing to worry about though. And i've always wanted a big bird like yours, maybe i could get one :) anyways: i love the video soooo cute <3

  • @621shelby That was the first time I put Avis and Frostie close together. They aren't pals, this is for certain. There's another one called Frostie Says Hello To Alexandra where they are close together for the second time. It's pretty funny!

  • Ahahahaha, oh my god at 2:06 when Frostie shakes his head as if to say "No your doing it wrong!" Oh god i nearly died laughing..!

  • @Jameson3632 This is the only time I ever saw Frostie behave like this. This was the first day I put them close. To me, he acted a lot like a budgie does, aka parakeet. I'm glad you got a good laugh! Thank you for letting me know. You made me smile. Karla

  • awwwww! i love the way he stops and looks at Avis as if to say "your turn" :}

  • @9545Georgiina Frostie was acting different than usual during the taping of this video because of Avis being right there. As I pointed out in my previous comment, this was the first time I put them close together. He was reacting to the music as well as to Avis. (It was R.E.S P.E.C.T. by Aretha Franklin but YouTube muted it and I had to use AudioSwap. I was pleased to find this song available to use as most of the songs are really awful!)

  • omg! niceeee. (:

  • Aww thats so cute! I have two parakeets

  • @Star1061 Thank you! I love parakeets. They are so sweet!

  • @OnePickieChickie Yes they are! :) What kind of a bird is Frostie? A cockatiel?

  • @Star1061 Frostie is a 21-year-old bare eyed cockatoo, aka little corella, a parrot native to Australia.

  • @OnePickieChickie I'm glad you liked it. This was the first time I put them close together!

  • how cute *-*

  • @BibiWho16 Thank you!

  • cute

  • @crazychocholate Thank you!

  • You have a truly talented bird :)

  • @JehCWearsPrada Thank you very much!

  • lol

    aww... they're so cute!

  • @alixinthemiddle Thank you!

  • Whats his reaction to him listening to Opera? just curious :P

  • @459777 LOL! I'd love to see that!! =)

  • i love this bird

  • @cherd1971 He has a Facebook fan page called Frostie The Dancing Cockatoo.

  • aww . i think i just shed a tear .

  • @ToyShopBoys It touched you that much? Wow! Thanks for sharing.

  • its cool how animals communicate with each other

  • @MrBlueRockstar It is, huh! Watch Frostie Says Hello To Alexandra to see them interact.

  • Frostie looks tired!! probably from all the sudden fame. haha

  • @amazenfireangel That ws the first time I put them close together. He didn't know what to do!

  • @OnePickieChickie oh i actually meant the bags under his eyes, but that must be normal for that type of bird, right? lol i'm definitely not a bird expert.

  • @amazenfireangel Oh, lol! That's the way that species eyes are. They are really weird looking. When I saw him the first time, I thought, "What an ugly looking bird!"

  • Comment removed

  • @amazenfireangel Frostie is a cockatoo. Watch the video "Frostie Says Hello To Alexandra" to see his crest.

  • 12 people missed the like button

  • @eli0145 12 people are trolls.

  • Cutest thing of life right here =] Long live Frostie!

  • @BoardUnderMyFeet Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed Frostie and Avis!

  • sign the birds up for so you think you can dance show. they'll win :D

  • @TheMeltedBananna Ha ha!

  • i think its so amazing how no matter what song you put on frostie is right on rhythm.

me a my harry boy love watching your vids

  • @eli0145 The one that amazed me was Amazing Grace when he started "flying" right when the words said, "I'll fly away." !!!

  • @OnePickieChickie I just watched that video again, I'll Fly Away...This is such an intelligent birdie. My mom was over and I had to play that one for her! She is loving Frostie as much as me :~)

This is adorable, Frostie giving dancing lessons!

  • @whatanightmare1 The I'll fly away video was made while I was playing with Frostie where I bought him. He likes to turn his back to the camera. So, during the Shake Your Tail Feather video, Ted was waving a hand towel round and round like a lasso to keep him facing forward. As you know, it worked! Lol!

  • we the colorful birdie starts to dance frostie just shake his feather head :P I LOVE YOU FROSTIE!!!

  • @MegaMcCrew Avis is a pill. I put them on the music rack on my organ and they go nuts dancing together.

  • Your bird is amazing.

  • @ebayfan414 Thank you!

  • cool bird

  • @isparedes Thanks!

  • haha looks like a frozen turkey

  • @r0llskyay0 I was wondering what in the world you were talking about then I spotted the thumbnail in the middle. I assume that's what you are referring to. He sure looks like something frozen, that's for sure! Lol!

  • You're lucky to have such gorgeous birds :)

  • @Allykins4801 Thank you. But please know owning parrots can be very difficult at times because they can be VERY LOUD, especially when you have four. Sure, they are quiet most of the time but when they get going, it can be very annoying!!!!!

  • @OnePickieChickie Yeah, I understand.lol. My mother has 2 love birds and 3 cockatiels so birds and all their noiseiness has always been present in my life.

Granted, I'm sure small birds loudness is nothing compared to parrots :)

    lol

  • @Allykins4801 Watch "Avis Smarts Off To His Mama" to hear the horrid noise Avis makes! UGH. Sometimes I wish I had a sound proof room to stick him in.

  • @OnePickieChickie My friend's father had one lovebird, so he bought another one to pair them up. And now they're in charge of the "bathroom". They're SOOO damn smart. They would poop on the handknob. JUST the handknob or the toilet seat so they can't sit or open the door to go out. But the birds are damn hella pretty :)

  • @OnePickieChickie I know, I had a cockatail and he kept singing lol :) But I loved him.

  • There are 12 jerks out there with no soul and no appreciation for a sweet moment between two lovely creatures!

  • FROSTIE´S eyes look weird.

  • @mhfrankiestein2000 Yes, they are weird. The first time I saw him, I thought to myself, "What an ugly bird!" Check out the latest post on Frostie's Facebook fan page for the latest post which is a picture of him announcing we have reached 6000 fans. You can really see how weird they are there as the photo is very large and shows the veins in the gray poofy spots under his eyes.

  • @mhfrankiestein2000 Frostie's Facebook page is Frostie The Dancing Cockatoo.

  • @VinnyMyWorld4Horses Bare Eyed Cockatoo aka Little Corella - From a friend who was babysitting him.

  • Froostie's like "Holy shark bandanas. This bird got nothing on me!" :D

  • @meandmyluvers23 Lol! They both love to dance. I put them on the music rack on my organ or piano with a towel over it and play and they both go nuts. It's really cute.

  • did u train frostie 2 do that or did u just buy him like that?????

    PLZ TELL MMEEEE!!

  • @difficultjustice1 Frostie wasn't trained. This is typical behavior of Bare Eyed Cockatoos aka Little Corellas, although Frostie takes it above the top. He is 21-years-old and has learned, obviously, that his silly dancing gets him a lot of attention.

If you search YouTube for Corella or Bare Eyed Cockatoo dancing, you might find some videos to see what I mean. (I know there are some but none of them dance as good as Frostie does. At least nobody has uploaded a video that I am aware of.)

  • it looks like he is really teaching him cause he is moving is head like yes no like this:)

  • @ilovedaisymay Does it really? That's good. I didn't know what else to call the video!

  • too cute! lol

  • What type of bird is Frostie?

  • What type of bird is Avis? Looks almost like a Kea or Kakapo??

  • @Julz151 Avis is a blue crown conure, a parrot native to Central America and a member of the parakeet family. He has a play list on my channel you should watch. He's a real character and dances too!

  • AWWW ITS SO CUTE!

  • What is the name of the song?

  • @023Thunder97 I used AudioSwap because YouTube muted my video. Here:

    Artist: Rick Conte

    Song: Dreamin

    Time: 02:27

    Genre: Country & Folk

  • such SMART smart smart beautiful creatures! So blessed I get to experience feathers in my life <3

  • @MalibuWhit They are a lot of fun and fascinating too!

  • lovely to see them together

  • @CanaryYellllin That was the first time I got them close and I was worried they'd hurt each other.

  • Where is frostie's nose? i don't see one

  • @621shelby He has two nostrils just above where his beak stops which are under the short orange feathers.

  • Has he danced to classical yet?

  • why dont you put some rock he looks like he could do some serious head banging lol

  • lmao, it's like teaching a white guy teaching a black guy how to dance, hahahah

  • WAOW THIS BIRD IS AMAZING! , would you please please please make a video of his reaction to this song [ good remnant- by Midnite] hope you both like :)

  • hahaha I love frostie, have you had any songs that he just isn't a big fan of or is he usually happy to dance to most things?

  • @backsypoo He'll dance to most anything~!

  • I have a blue crowned conure! :)

  • @kikinoo123 Don't you just love it? Sure, they can be loud but they are so funny and cute, affectionate and smart.

  • @OnePickieChickie I do sooo much! except yes he screams sooooo much! when he wants food...or attention...or hes bored.... and he loves baths! I <3 him :)

  • What song is this?

  • @KalikoBob They were "dancing" to RESPECT by Aretha Franklin but YouTube muted it - BOO - So I had to use YouTube AudioSwap:

    Artist: Rick Conte

    Song: Dreamin

    Time: 02:27

    Genre: Country & Folk

  • @OnePickieChickie Here's a quick note you can add in a audio dispute:

Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

It works. I've used it before.

  • Does frostie talk iin full sentences?

  • @trisharoxx100 No, he's not a talker, really. He only says hi, hey, huh, hello, pretty bird and Kaya (Karla).

  • aww

  • Aaaww Frostie is trying to teach Avis some basic dance movies. :-)

  • @MsdarLing106 That was the first time I put them close together. Avis is very aggressive towards other birds. For example, Gracie, my yellow naped Amazon, started climbing up Avis's cage and he was trying to bite her! She started hollering, "Quit it! Stop it! Ouch! Ouch!" So, I was worried about what would happen. Frostie, when I made this video, was acting pretty silly and manifested some behavior I've seen male budgies aka parakeets do when flirting with a potential mate.

  • to jest dobre bardzo dobre

  • make a fan page on facebook please!! I'd tip this bitch!!

  • @cepacol06 Frostie The Dancing Cockatoo - It's already there

  • how old is frostie

  • @claypiesexygod Be turned 21 on March 11th.

  • @OnePickieChickie my birthday is march 12 :D i'll make sure to wish him a happy birthday, i promise

  • @claypiesexygod 21 years old. Frostie can live up to 65 years.

  • @OnePickieChickie YES!!! i dont want this thing to die anytime soon LOL

  • @OnePickieChickie dude. seriously? that's crazy

  • I've got to know, is it just copying you?

  • @Pooinator No but he will.

  • Frostie TEached that bird to Dance, great Job Frostie :DD

  • @Looperr9 Lol! :P

  • Tried to find you on Facebook and couldn't. LInk? Frostie is my new fave parrot that dances!! She is gorgeous and I can tell you take excellent care of your birds!!

  • We're in for some bird groovin' XD

  • That's just too cute~

Do you think Frostie would teach my Amazon to dance like that? lol

  • @XxLadyxShiraxX No telling what Frostie would do! I was surprised when he got so close to Avis and nothing bad happened.

  • I have GOT to know who is singing this song! Our birds love it (and I do, too)!! If anyone has found out who this is, please post it here!! :)

  • @UncleSol7379 If you click on the down arrow, the information is there. I had to use AudioSwap because YouTube muted the song I was playing that they were responding to.

  • What a couple of babies!!!! So precious!!!!

  • You have beautiful birdies! :D I love your videos. The looks so happy :)
