I think the Windows there have a 'special relective surface' on the outside - like a one way Mirror - so the Window Cleaners cannot see inside, but you can see outside.

The Stratosphere was the worst hotel I ever stayed in at Vegas. The tower is cool though.

I've been to Vegas too many times to count , but I'd never jump off that building. Rent a car and go to green valley resort. The view of Vegas is breathtaking. Eat at the original pancake house. You won't be disapointed.
