  • hey i have 143 pounds and i am doing 100 abdominal crunches,200 sit-ups, every morning 1 hour walk, every evening running and in the day i ride my bicycle. I want to know if i can get abs in 3 months by doing this every day?

    well every morning i go for a walk, and i do 100 - 150 ab crunches, 200- 400 sit-ups, every second day i go running and im 6.1 foot

    make sure u rest for about 30 minutes before each thing you do so you dont damage your sore muscles

  • @AccountNotActivated it doesnt matter. if you do behind the neck dont hold your neck forward, keep it inline with your spine. arms in front of you makes sure you dont bring your neck forward and same with inbetween the legs. behind the head is hardest if you do them right
