@TheFunnyMinute learn 3d modeling and programming in some language. should take you about 2~3 years to get the skills and then another 1~2 to develop the actual game. good luck.

it's just made on an old engine, it's not that sucky thing :P and before you say that's shit cause it's old go get a look at how much time it takes to make a 3D engine...
