@iPhoneChief do you already have iTunes downloaded on your computer? if you dont, then go to apple's website and stuff, then download it, if you already do, try opening up iTunes and plugging in the iPhone, if you are still having problems, call either AT&T or Apple, or go back to the store you got it from. (either AT&T or the Apple store)
