It seems to fit perfectly because Tertullian and others of the Western Roman Church changed the original "New Testament" and created a 2nd New Testament to reflect what they wanted people to believe.

It seems to fit perfectly because Tertullian and others of the Western Roman Church changed the original "New Testament" and created a 2nd New Testament to reflect what they wanted people to believe.
