I amazed at the number of negative comments on this video, but that is the nature of youTube, I guess. In a "free society", the Government that governs the least, is the best form of government; and although government is a necessary evil, the government that is closest to the people---like on a county level---is always better, because it is the most accountable to its electing citizens. It is at THAT local level that "law and order" should be maintained; and the Feds should rarely intervene.

Good video and am glad that the High Court has sided on the part of the Counties Elected Sheriff's.. One problem is that in some Counties, the Sheriff him self is as crooked as any Fed. can be and are often elected many times due to the fact that they are willing to ''look the other way'' and let certian wealthy people, including dope dealers in fact get by with their crimes. Its good though that most Sheriff's are honest.. The State can over rule a Sheriff, or arrest him if needed.Its happened
