Fish with the highest mercury levels include sharks because of the high number of smaller fish they eat resulting in them absorbing high levels of mercury. The FDA regulates mercury levels of mercury in commercial fish but catching your own shark and eatin it in not a wise choice. Not to mention the Mako is redlisted as vulnerable
