So do you know how to rid of the stale bread problem? The French didn't, that is why there are croutons.

I found that bread if sliced and coated evenly with oily sauce tend to last longer...like those garlic bread. Just a tip so you don't throw away food every night.

she's on Great Food Truck Race! my money's on their truck to win. she's really pretty, but that's not why i'm rooting for them. from the first ep their truck came out on top, they sound very knowledgeable and it's banh mi, which is awesome and yummy! :D

Look at the e-mail; 3 of the ingredients were .99. The liverwurst, the cucumbers and something else, too. My only problem is getting the rice-flour baguettes to the Milwaukee area. splitting the meat, pate' ,and veggies between the baguettes (4 to 6 of them) could come in fairly close to a buck each!

I wouldn't begrudge them the $5 each!

@DonnaLRC Yes the ingredients were under $1.00. Yes they buy all the ingredients ans prepare the sandwich for free. How about u start to sell them for $2.00 a piece. I am kind enough to give you $1 profit per sandwich.
