I had 45 or 50 hp and fp when I fought lava piranha. He was a fun boss to beat I used bow to slap him after I use snowman dolls and ice badges with multibounce or the blue quake hammer and power bounce. I didn't get any damage after that. I think this is the best strategy to kill the lava piranha if anyone needs one.
