yea we are hoping the same thing.
I remember being at that game a week after the miami win and my dad saying, "we have a shot at winning the acc outright if we score here." really exciting game and would have been the 3rd week in 4 that we rushed the field

UNC is a lot better program than people give them credit for.
Rutgers, VA Tech, @Clemson, @Miami, Wake, @Notre Dame, and GA Tech is just too hard of a schedule for a lot of teams, VT included. Even USF is a good ball-club thats flys under the Radar.
UNC is gonna be one of those "Most Improved Teams" in 2007. I'm truly expecting a 4-0 Tarheel team to be coming into Blacksburg Sept. 29th and a bowl bid for UNC at the end of the season.

Hokieman, greetings from vatechhokies50 :-) I'm not expecting great things from a UNC Freshman QB coming into Blacksburg... he will see Vince Hall, Xavier Adibi, and Chris Ellis... all day long... as he looks up from the ground...

Tech will beat UNC, no question about it, but you have to admit that UNC isn't as bad of a program
as people claim they are.
It'll probably be one of those slow starting games where tech is only up by a few points at half but ends up winning big.
