@ToughGermanWoman No I didnt try acupressure, my insurance wouldnt cover it and we barely had enough money to live at that time...rough times! We seem to go in and out of that. I will keep acupressure in mind when we decide to have another baby, thanks.

Thanks Dr. Pauline. Another very informative video. I have A LOT of water retention in my bum and legs and underarms (at least I like to say it's water retention). Will this point get rid of my excess water in these areas, or just in my belly?
