LOL cutest sounding parrot I have ever heard. Sounds like such a cute lil baby. He just can't stop talking can he! You must spend a lot of time with him. My parrot was a quiet and scared when we first got her, but after spending all day every day together she blabs so much too now. I should post a video in response! Give me a few days :)

she's talking like that cause she's frustrated, you shouldn't really leave parrots in cages, usually you should have a closed space much bigger than a cage. If you don't have that you probably shouldn't have a parrot to begin with.

she's a sweetie. With all the yellow she has on her head she's an older bird. My DYH is 20 and she doesn't hve that much yellow yet.
