Wonderful memories of scoring tickets to Keith Hampshires CBC show Music Machine (we were in the audience for a few shows) in the early '70's. Keith had one hell of a powerful voice and I had a major crush on him.
I recall the amazing talent on his show included Lighthouse, Shawne Jackson, Doug Riley (Dr. Music...Doc) and Klaatu and Rush.
I'd heard this song when I was a little girl, but hadn't heard it for years. Lately I've heard it almost every day at work (Galaxie digital cable '70s station) & wondered who sang it as well as the title. Today I found it & am more than happy! Great song from another great Canadian singer. :)
Awesome!

Thank you! It's about time. I've been searching for a long time, and if the back up group is really Lighthouse, well that's just icing on the cake.
One fine Day, hmmmm
