I've listened through these two hours once before and I must say the stupidity of Mr. Allen is even more striking the second time I hear it. He had two hours to state his case for creation and he didn't present one piece of evidence supporting his stance. Incredible.

I was in the US last year and went to Hovind's Place, Dinosaur Adventure Land. It was hilarious. I recommend it to anyone. It is really designed to sneak lies into children's heads over the period of simple science, fun swings. Even down to spinning you around and then pointing you to a psalm that makes you feel there is something solid in your world.

It was a young guy and in the brainwashing lecture, I pulled him up on almost everything he said. Luckily for him, we were the only group there.

Here is my tip off from the bible. Herod according to history died around 5 BC. The first recorded roman taxation of Jerusalem according to roman records was around 7 AD. Joseph had to go to Bethlahem to be taxed by Rome and had to retreat to egypt before Herod could kill Jesus. Once i studied history and found that inconsistancy i realised the Bible was not a literary truth and therefore God could just as easily not exist or could and used evolution like any logical person can find evidence of.

Firstly, newtonian physics is not wrong - it's just not as accurate as what Einstein gave us. A new theory never fully contradicts an old theory.

Yes, you're right - not Hovind - my mistake. Also, all I meant was to go harder on the guy. I saw several opportunities where Massimo could have gone for throat and didn't. I think Massimo was way too nice! He was far too pleasant and he let Allen run the conversation all over the place.
