about some companies just get neutral informations before.... maybe you can find some stuff about mcdonalds, about meet that is cooked, then put in a freezer, and then out of the freezer and then cooked again?!... is that what we call fresh meet?...i dont think starbucks sucks really... they won a lot of prize of recognition for being a company that cares about custumer service and excellence of their products....so...think about it and get informed

he is stupid...he doesn't know what he is talking about : first latte is not a french word, second : a latte is made with about 80% of the cup with milk..third : starbucks pretty much doesn't charge for most extras they even give you a lot of things, if you drop your coffee they will give you another one (try it)...another point : you dont pay only for your coffee in a starbucks, you also pay for your outstanding service youll have even if you're such a fool... before talking about

Starbucks is planning to close some stores, i think instead of doing that ,just lower the price of the joe. Oh, but then it wont be upscale enough. so then serve it in glass cups. oh, now they would have to spend more money on new cups. ok then let them all CLOSE down.
