We all have to walk down highways that we don't want to. On May 5, 2005, my cousin began a journey down a highway that would end in death. She was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease. The journey ended on Dec. 27, 2007. At her funeral, they played this during a picture montage of her life. Pam, you held your head high & put one foot in front of the other, even after you were physically unable. You showed more courage than any of us. We love you and miss you. We will NEVER forget you.
