I remember watching the series when I was four years old in 1967 and to this very day it is still hilarious and I did not care too much for the movie version .

I loved my cartoons of the 60's, through the 80's but then they started putting out nothing but crap!

For me Space Ghost, Jonney Quest, Super Friends, Iron Man, Captain America, GI Joe, Thunder Cats, The Herculoids, Transformers, Thundar the Barbarian, George of the Jungle, UnderDog, Atom Ant, Wally Gator, Quick Draw Magraw, Touche Turtle, these were excelent cartoons. today's catoons suck.

Did you know that some of the voices in this cartoon are also in The Beatles Cartoons! The voice of the Ape may have also been the voice of John Lennon in the Cartoon Beatles episodes and I'm still doing research on this so I could be wrong.

The answer to the question as to who Fella is simply, she is a delusion of Georges. The joke is actually two fold in the series George often refers to Ursala as a fella. and a reference to the fact that George face smacked so many tress , he was a walking concussion and saw Urasla with doublevision. it is the doublevision who is Fella.
