I really respect David Belle, but this chasing scene seems lack of the ryhtim in previous episode chasing scene, the feeling of speed, fluent, I think this is the essence of parkour. Wish if there will be episode 3, will bring essence of parkour back.

The original title of the film is Banlieu 13 Ultimatum, which is french.

The english translation would be District 13, which causes the confusion. This doesn't really have anything to do with District 9.

My guess is they translated it as such and didn't change it to ride along with the fame of District 9
