I flew to Mumbai when the vool was coming down, but I only realized they were coming down a day or 2 before I left to Mumbai and missed the show by 2 days to fly to their home town in Perth(where I just hoped they would play a show, but didn't). I wish I knew about it before I booked that flight. How upsetting!

@qfbass It's actually "djent", and it's a style of heavy music. I wouldn't necessarily call it a genre, but it is definitely is an identifiable sound. Animals as Leaders and Periphery are two of the most recognizable bands that are called "djent".

whenever i try to make uttapam or dosa kind of thing, the mixture always sticks to the pan and after trying hard, the final shape (which i want like a circle ) becomes way way worse .. next time i will try it in that special pan...:D

When you are tempering spices, the oil has to be hot otherwise the flavors will not get extracted!

I made mutton stew....Add a tadka of ghee, mustard seeds,curry leaves n dried red chillies after the stew is done....it becomes more yummy....
