I didn't really see anything that was that crazy. The falling into the map thing was interesting but I have NEVER seen that happen to anyone, ever. Lag is lag, there will always be lag. you have to chalk that up to shitty connections, it happens. Now MW3 lag compensation, that's another story, yet those clips everyone was lagging etc.
