  • Green tea may be the best to lower blood pressure -- but we are talking about good green tea, consume it mildly, using cold to cool water.

  • Drinking green tea and herbs like sage and olive leaf assist a lot for lowering high blood pressure. I reccomend everybody to try Hyperbal herbal tea which contains these herbs, linden flower and more. It works very good for my blood presuure.

  • garlic has proven a failure it didnt lower blood pressure at all.

  • outstanding comments as he doesn't try to sale you on what's not proven, however he advises you on what might be beneficial. I believe many of these are proven but and most importantly you need quality supplements and the right dosage for "YOU". an excellent start for anyone is a minor amount of or increase in exercise and begin eating cruciferous vegitable. there are supplements but beware of the company and the pority of what's claimed. do the research.
