Pakistan's strategy is to make money of this war. They instable various regions of their country to tell US that they need money and weapons in order to calm down those areas. When they get money they hunt the insurgents and wipe them away for time being...After sometime they withdraw their troops from those areas and hands over it back to insurgents and tell US the money was not enough so we need more...and this thing goes on...
