thanks for posting the shower transfer video - it's really helpful. I have a family member who's injuries have gotten to the point where he needs to shower sitting down & we weren't sure how he would manage alone. Thanks for showing us exactly how - I've watched this video so many times - I feel much better knowing he can manage alone. Keep the how to videos coming. Thanks !!!

I use my right arm to help me into the shower its a lot stronger then my left. I want your chair! it's been 5 months since my injury and i still have an old chair.

I'm a C-7 quad and I transfer b4 bringing my legs in. Looks to me easier that way and I worry less about hurting my legs that way... Have you ever tried that?

hope you can try water therapy, I have l-1-2-3-4 & 5 fused and I credit water exercise with allowing me to get out of the chair and get around with a walker, a big improvment! keep up the good work !!
