I'm a hardcore leftist and a harsh critic of conservatism. This song however, is low. I could understand if this was a bunch of 12 year old kids' first song. I can name about 300 better bands who can blast the right in a much more articulate manner

Lincoln was a different type of Republicans. In fact, back then, it was the Democrats who seceded from the Union. The parties are not the same as they were in the 1860s.

Don't get me wrong, im a hardcore democrat, and a huge orange fan, but i don't think this song is a good move. Making a song just completely based upon your hatred for someone because of their beliefs, thats fucked up. I mean there have been plenty of great famous republican people, like Johnny Ramone or the dropkick murphies. These are people who orange has looked up to. Orange is a kickass band, and I hate to see them write, lyrically, a song like this.

Do you actually call those lyrics? Any 12 year "punk" old could write this song. Democrats & Republicans aren't very different at all. Both parties have evil people, it just depends on which person particularly you're looking at. Like thomska said hating someone cause of their beliefs is so immature. People may disagree, but still respect someone else's beliefs, Especially political views.
Done venting. Orange should break up and learn how to make more orignal thoughtful music.
