Its hard to tell it looks like the regular Pac-Man but it acts like Pac-Man Plus. The maze is blue instead of green.

OH! this was Pac-Man Plus? I just looked at video again and I just now noticed the web address at the beginning. I didn't see that before. I was blind.

it doesent rely matter there basically the same but pacman plus is a lot more challenging and a bit weird!

@bossyman15 This is a hacked Pac-Man to make it seem like Pac-Man Plus. It is supposed to be green, and when you eat the soda the ghosts are supposed to be in frightened mode while invisible.
