    Im in the military and workout constantly yet for

    me Ive always had issues with my waistline no

    matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After

    losing 20lbs only an inch came off my waist line.

  • Yeah because hip flexion is really going to effectively work the rectus abdominus and obliques.

    You need to slow down your movements and go back and re study the basics before you have someone injure there lumbar spine.
