unsafe and ineffective, avoid these moves she demonstrates as they incorporate too many muscles and will more than likely lead to injury

Yeah because hip flexion is really going to effectively work the rectus abdominus and obliques.
You need to slow down your movements and go back and re study the basics before you have someone injure there lumbar spine.
