the andriods, cell, and buu were all created weapons of destruction. thats what made them so powerful. Frieza was the only main villain who was his own person entirely. Him and ssj goku were the two strongest fighters in the universe at the time, and their battle on a collapsing planet really showed what was at stake. He was the almighty tyrant who was thought to be unbeatable, until the legend awoke. The sayian-frieza saga was the most well written, the same with frieza himself

I didn't choose Cooler because he was the strongest, I chose him because I personally like him a lot overall as a character. Although I like Broly, I didn't choose him because the entire fight against him was one sided and he lacked any depth, he was just an insane power house :)

After absorbing Gohan, he says he's stronger than ever before, even though he knew about his Kid Buu form. Gohan absorbed Buu is stronger than Kid Buu but Kid Buu is more dangerous because he's insane, Kid Buu is never called the strongest he's only called the most dangerous :)
