what wacom forgot to mention is not only do you have to be on a windows pc in order to do this annotation, it requires third party software that integrates with office. The one I used was called "Just Write"... I love all my wacom products, but they're a little shifty when they mention how well they annotate. currently there is no support on osx side. if there is, i would love to know about it.
I just called Wacom. To sign PDF's you need the full version of Adobe Acrobat Pro or another (cheaper) program called PDF Annotater.
