I was a "PIG" once in my life! Never fuckin again--- dont care if I fuckin starve to death. They told me I was required to write at least 14 tickets a month, 1 arrest, 1 DUI. It hurt me to do this to our private citizen.
The problem isn't the cops, most of them are normal people who are in a situation where they are "damned if they do, damned if they don't". It's the system put in place by these fucking governments that is the root of the problem. If a cop gives you a ticket, you get pissed at him. If he doesn't give you a ticket, his supervisor puts him under 'evaluation'. The system is so screwed up because politicians force the quotas to balance their fucking budget deficits!
If police dash cameras were turned on the entire time the cop was on duty we would have real evidence of why people get poulled over and/or harassed. They don't turn them on until during the stop because thie would not benefit the police/government...
Of course they have a quota. I notice around my neighborhood that toward the end of every month, the cops become so much more visible because they're looking for people more. It's so obvious what's going on. It never fails yet they deny it.

Speed limits are set unusually low for a reason... to generate revenue. When the limit was 55, people drove at an average 70 mph.When they went to 65, people still drove at an average 70 mph. Safety has nothing to do with it. Germany's Autobahn has less fatal accidents than the US and they have no speed limit. The bulk of all accidents even related to the Autobahn, were on exit and entrance ramps.
BULLSHIT~! Speed traps are examples of how the police can fuck you over without observing the infraction. On the other hand - the police do somewhat keep us safe from the 3rd world trash coming out of Mex-SUCK-O.
