wow...just wow..those two really hit the jackpot genetically didnt they??-both so beautifull and SO talented!!..just awesome..always thought an old school vocal rock duet with Robert Plant..wouldve been just freakin incredible..alas twas never to be..shame.that-.two powerhouse cozmic voices duelin on stage wouldve been epic..plus a lil harp..a lil flute..how did that never happen??

We all rave about anne and nancy....but steve fossen wrote the music and the whole band is just "tight"....listen to the bass track and drum kick...tight very tight...they were never the same after steve died

I was at this show as well. As I recall, this was the little queen show where they had done some awesome work with mandolines and moogs. I still have pictures in my head from that show...and so many more from the cap centre. Too bad it's gone now.

@lovajnt2000 Me too,and I sing it,however my guitarist really nails it on his 12 string,he has recently added Nance's technic of bending the strings with a shake of the neck,very spirit touching fun song,love it!!

@jaynelwells Good headphones into cheap computer speakers works really well as they have their own amp,the one's I use cost $5 at a second hand store and kick ass with Bose headphones!

Well where ever this was i wish my mom would have gone to this concert so i could have said i went to an original line up of heart concert ha! I was born in 78'. Great footage of a great band

Cool,you must have some great tales to share.Seeing the 1st tour was a treat,I remember 1 of the girls in our beetle driving back from the Vernon show kept pokeing my brother in the back with Fishers bow as he was driving!I love these ladies!!

This song is the testament for my life. My favorite song from my favorite group. Never seen live footage from '78...incredible the way Nancy and Roger were playing together at the beginning, incredible to actually SEE the magic happening.

This is by far my favourite version of 'Love Alive' on youtube. Love the flute intro & Roger and Nancy vibing off each other (tho Ann totally cut in @ 4:48 lol). Wish the audio was a little louder, but I understand why it's not.

I like how Ann said 'Ta' at the beginning there. I like to think that became part of her lexicon due to her and Nancy's obsession with all things Beatles and British when they were little ;)
